Active Shooter Incidents

Following the principles of Tactical Emergency Casualty Care and Tactical Combat Casualty Care, course material and teaching is individualized for our client, their local and their medical requirement.

The courses include classroom teaching, individual exercise during which the necessary lifesaving skill sets of hemorrhage control, wound packing, hemostatic gauze application, airway management, and patient assessment are taught and practiced.

Assessment of the client’s First Responder medical equipment (Individual First Aid Kit – IFAK) is performed with recommendation of equipment purchase and training supplies and refresher courses.

Course length varies from 2 hours to 16 hours, depending on the client requirements.

Content is individualized to Tactical Teams, Tactical Medical Teams, Corporate Security and Educational/Teacher groups.
